Welcome to a magical world inspired by nature and imagination…
Whiskers & Wildflowers is a whimsical range of children’s dolls, keepsakes, gifts and decor. Full of magical fairies, woodland creatures and whimsical Wildflowers.
Inspired by memories of my own childhood, of being outdoors, walks in the woods and over the fields, spotting birds and naming Wildflowers, camping trips and making dens. Creating things, sewing, drawing, and making magic out of the simplest of things.
I have continued to love the outdoors and nature and it greatly inspires my designs, along with a love of books, folklore and fairytales, I feel it’s so important to keep these things alive. I hope in some way that my little creatures will help bring nature and magic into children’s lives, promote creativity, imagination, and in turn make lots of new magical memories.
Each piece of the collection is lovingly designed, illustrated and handmade by myself, in my little attic studio in the Derbyshire Dales.
I care about the world we live in and the people, creatures, woodlands, rivers, meadows and mountains that make it such a beautiful place to be.
That’s why where ever possible I use organic, sustainable and recycled materials.
Each design is printed in the UK, using eco friendly inks onto organic calico, I use this and a mixture of natural wool and felts to create each piece.
