The passion for the company came about on the discovery of an old French vintage recipe book published in 1859.

After years of translating and perfecting baking, We have now perfected 100s of traditional French recipes to suit the 21st century.

All our products are handmade in a well organised space and also food & hygiene compliance. we believe in the simplicity of enjoying wonderful seasonal products using natural ingredients in a simple way!

We bake/cook with true passion and utter dedication to original and pure flavours. This involves among other things, using the best ingredients, butter, freshly milled French flour and cane sugar, honey.

No strange additives, colours or preservatives. We make everything from scratch, no shortcuts and let it take the time it needs. Its the only way we can make these products as wonderful and delicious as we want.
