Our unfiltered extra virgin olive oil is made from handpicked, early-harvest olives, cold-pressed to preserve bold flavour and antioxidants. Our Products
Delivery
Delivery & Shipping Policy
We currently deliver to UK Mainland only via tracked Royal Mail 2nd Class service. We're working on expanding our delivery zones in the near future.
Delivery Charges
Delivery is free on all orders — no minimum spend required.
Delivery Times
We use Royal Mail 2nd Class (Tracked) for parcels under 2kg. This service typically takes 3–5 working days from the time of dispatch. Deliveries are made Monday to Friday only.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) will be processed and dispatched the same day.
Orders placed after 12:00pm or on weekends and bank holidays will be handled the next working day.
Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.
Delays
We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, but please note that during busy periods, holidays, or postal disruptions, there may be slight delays. If you experience an issue with your delivery, feel free to contact us.

1. Products and Pricing
Popoli sells premium extra virgin olive oil from Abruzzo, Italy, available in 500ml tin cans. Products can be purchased individually or in bundles (1, 2, or 4 bottles), with discounts applied for bundle quantities and subscription frequencies. All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Shipping
Currently, we ship only within the UK. For detailed delivery information, please see our Shipping Policy page.
3. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns only for damaged or defective products. To qualify, you must provide photographic evidence of the damage within 14 days of receiving your order. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Upon receipt and verification of the damaged product, we will issue a full refund.
4. Age Restrictions
There are no age restrictions for purchasing our products.
5. No Warranties
Our products are sold as-is. We do not offer warranties or guarantees.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Popoli shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your purchase or use of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the product(s) in question.
