We make awesome DIY kits and run brilliant leather workshops using only salvaged leather.
An enormous amount of leather goes into landfill everyday, yet this luxurious and durable material is super easy to work with. Our mission is to stop leather going to waste by creating practical designs that make crafting with leather fun.
After having my son in 2013, I decided to try out something different. At the same time a friend was working for a furniture manufacturer and offered me five huge bags of leather offcuts. We got it home, tipped it out onto the kitchen floor, and realised that there must be hundreds of businesses everywhere throwing out amazing leather. So, I decided to marry my love of handbags with my environmental ethos and Love and Salvage was born.
Love and Salvage is always evolving. I design products according to the leather I find and I source all the leather from local businesses here in London.
It’s bonkers that amazing leather goes in the bin, so we are saving it and helping to reduce landfill.
