Proofing: We will always send you an electronic proof for your checking and approval for all personalised products. Approval to print received after 12pm will be carried forward to the following working day

Proof Changes: If any changes are required, please let us know as soon as possible to not hold up the print and delivery of your order. Proofing is entirely the customers responsibility — Ensure you check your proofs thoroughly, including spelling and grammar, before giving the go-ahead to proceed to print. Amendments required once approved will be subject to an adjustment and reprint fee, regardless of fault

ALL SALES ARE FINAL: Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges

In the event of loss or damage, a replacement item will be provided as soon as possible. Any damaged items should be retained until the matter has been finalised

We reserve the right to cancel, or reject any order, at any time, without reason. Where this is the case, the total order value will be reimbursed to your original method of payment

Printing: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the products that appear on the website. However, as the colours seen will depend on the monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the printed product on delivery, with particular reference to products featuring photographs

General: Due to the nature of the products, there may be slight differences between each finished item. All sizes are approximate.
