Little Big Flavour Kits

About

Spending time with us is like having a globetrotting travel guide in your kitchen, with a thirst for knowledge and a passion for food.

We're Aliza and Prasadini, friends from high school in Sri Lanka. We started making curry spice kits during lockdown, and after seeing how popular they became, we launched Little Big Flavour Kits to share the delights of authentic Sri Lankan cuisine with you.

Our spice kits feature tried-and-tested recipes with spices directly sourced from a network of small family farms in Sri Lanka. Inside you will find a curated selection of whole & ground spices, coconut milk powder, a chilli sachet, recipe card & video link —everything you need to create a delicious, home-cooked Sri Lankan curry.

The packs cater to vegan diets without compromising on flavour while adding lots of variety.

By sourcing our spices from the farmers, we support local communities and give you authentic flavours. Our packs are recyclable and use recycled materials. Join us on this journey.

Come on this personal and flavourful journey, celebrate the heritage and explore the rich tapestry of Sri Lankan cuisine.

Award winning spice kits to tease your palate.....

A curry is much more than a dish; it’s a balanced, nutrient-rich meal that combines a variety of ingredients for a wholesome impact. Cooking from scratch with spices is a powerful way to enhance both the flavour and nutritional value of our meals. Spices are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that support our health in multiple ways. Turmeric and ginger, have anti-inflammatory properties that reduce inflammation, while cumin and cinnamon, help stabilise blood sugar levels, and support digestion. By using spices creatively, we can rely less on salt and sugar for flavour, making our meals healthier.

Cooking encourages balanced eating but also promotes a mindful connection to the food we’re making. This deeper appreciation for ingredients can guide us toward a more nourishing, intentional approach to our diets.
