Placing an Order When placing an order through us please make sure that you are legally able to, that you are over the age of eighteen, and that you are the card holder. When you place an order a contract is created that is binding and once accepted, we cannot be held responsible for any additional changes, if the job has commenced. Changes to the original specification of a contract after the work has commenced may be subject to modification costs. You will be notified of any extra costs before any new modifications take place. Safety Please note: No product is classed as a toy. We strongly recommend that any persons under the age of sixteen do not use our products. We may use small parts that may at times come away from our products - making them not safe for children. If you pass on any of FunkyLaser Ltd's products to anyone under the age of sixteen you are fully responsible for its use. We highly recommend FunkyLaser Ltd’s product’s are for adult use only.

All acrylics used have been tested and are classed as food safe.

All jewellery findings, use are advised to be lead and nickel free. If stated, necklaces are silver, gold, black, bronze, pink, blue and green plated.

Earrings are created using stamped Silver Sterling posts.

Delivery Please note that dispatch times may take longer during busy periods especially. We make all products to order - please understand that most orders take 3 to 5 working days to produce - allow further time for the products to be delivered to you. You can pick the shipping method that suites you best at the check out.

Duties and Taxes. The buyer is fully responsible for any duties / taxies that may be charged in their country of shipping. We cannot be held responsible for any external extra charges that may occur.

Returns & Cancelations Personalised orders cannot be cancelled if products have already been produced. This is because these personalised products are made specifically to meet your needs and cannot be re-sold. Products are at your risk from the time of delivery and you will be responsible for the goods. You must check that they are kept safe and secure. Please see our product care page for helpful tips to look after your goods. If a "stock" (non - personalised) product is returned to us we will process the refund due to you within 30 working days. We do not offer a returns service, so all returns must be sent via Royal Mail at your cost. If your item is received faulty we will refund the cost to you, you must get authorisation prior to returning the item.
