Our Story
UK’s 1st Craft Chicken Charcuterie offering nutritional nourishment of lighter white meat. Recipes inspired by family travels & incredible world cuisines.
We are a family of four, who always enjoyed travelling around the world and discovering cuisines of different countries.
In November 2020 we united our passion for food, foreign adventures and our homeland. Inspired by our Ukrainian roots, we created Arrogant Chicken. Light craft charcuterie snacks that allow us to share with you all not only the traditions of Ukraine, but also beautiful flavours and recipes from around the world that we encountered on our travels.
Made with 100% free-range chicken breast. This is an ambient product and does not require refrigeration, as it has been air dried and lightly smoked over firewood.

Our Craft Jerkies are made with 100% sliced chicken breast. Air dried and lightly smoked over firewood. We source authentic fresh spices and herbs to make each one of our recipes and have some fantastic flavours to offer you and your loved ones to enjoy.

Greek Souvlaki Craft Jerky, made with traditional fresh herbs and sweet pink peppercorns from Greece.
Oriental Soy Honey and Sesame Craft Jerky, made with Korean marinade and covered in toasted sesame seeds.
French Provence Craft Jerky, made with aromatic Herbes-de-Provence from the South of France.
