Reclaimed Scaffolding Boards and Steel Pipe Shelving/Bookcase - Its salvaged vintage industrial design works perfectly in a sophisticated, casual living space.
... I just love what I do and love to provide a great bespoke service... why buy off the shelf when there's just no need to... I can create something totally unique for you !Please contact me to discuss any ideas or obtain quotes.
All systems come with detailed installation and build instructions... they are amazingly easy to put together and install... you just need a regular DIYer drill and suitable fixings for the wall they are to be mounted on... or neither if you choose a freestanding option... it's just a case of screwing components together in the right order.
This shelving system can be made to measure to your own specifications. The shelves pictured here are 1525mm (5ft) wide, 2135mm (7ft) tall and 220mm deep... and the pipe is 27mm in diameter, but the sky's the limit...... the piping comes in a variety of diameters and could be painted (check out http://www.dupontpowderapps.com/).... scaffolding boards could be substituted for reclaimed floor boards, chunky reclaimed timber of any type, toughened glass, sheet metal, wire grills, railway sleepers... whatever you would like... I can source anything and gladly will !
100% reclaimed pine scaffolding boards and galvanised steel pipe and fittings
The scaffolding boards pictured in this example were simply brushed down and white washed so they retained a gritty raw look but light and more feminine looking, but anything you choose to use can be distressed or polished up to create any required finish.Everything I do is made to order and because I design and make everything myself I can easily accommodate any design requirements you might have... just contact me for a chat... pretty much all of my listings are a result of other client's requests so prices are indicative of a bespoke product - the price won't dramatically increase because you want to add a few centimetres here or take a few centimetres away there - obviously if you wanted something 10x the size the cost of materials would increase and add a little to the final price but that would be the only cost implication - I'm not importing and selling hundreds of products of a particular size... I make everything myself from raw materials in my own workshop here in Manchester...
