Casa Deia Living is a curated Artisanal Mallorcan Homeware Collection handcrafted by the most wonderful artisans on the island and available throughout Europe.
Mallorca is home to some of the most wonderful artisanal products created by fabulous family businesses that have been using traditional crafting methods passed down the generations. We work directly with families who have been using the same traditional ways of working since the 1800s and who are extremely proud of the labour of love involved in the creation of these beautiful products that represent such gorgeous heritage from the island. The new generations have embraced these traditions with immense respect and with a vision that blends tradition with contemporary design and colours. The results are simply exquisite.
Mallorca´s understated glamour and rustic Mediterranean landscape have always had a fascinating appeal. In more recent years, a number of highly prestigious international fashion designers & artists have started to highlight the wonderful artisanal craftmanship that can be found in the island.
However, one of the things that we like the most, is that it still remains a bit of a hidden jewel. We are extremely proud to be able to bring you this gorgeous artisanal collection of beautifully handcrafted products, many of which have extremely elaborate creation processes. We invite you to appreciate the beauty of a collection of products that have been made with passion, tradition, time and dedication. Delivery Information
The delivery costs and timings may vary according to the delivery methods they offer. Any delivery times quoted are in working days. Due to the artisanal nature of our Collections, we aim to ship within 10 working days of accepting the order. Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time!
How to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product
Contact us to let us know that you wish to cancel your order, or return or exchange a product.
If already received, package the item up and send it back to us within 14 days of letting us know that you want to cancel your order and return the product (we recommend you use a signed-for delivery service with proof of postage to avoid lost packages which we cannot accept responsibility for). Please note that, unless the items are faulty, you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the product.
Please don’t destroy or throw away any product and where relevant the external packaging, even if it’s faulty, before you’ve spoken to the Partner and agreed that doing so won't affect any refund you may be entitled to.
Please note that you are liable for any diminished value of the product resulting from the handling of the product in any way other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product while you are responsible for it (this includes, in the context of a return, when the product is in transit back to the Partner ).
Please note that if you request to begin the performance of a service during the above cancellation period that you will be liable to pay for the service you received prior to your communication to us that you intend to cancel the contract. This may apply to you if you have purchased an experience with us.
