Book a Forest Bathing experience with Tansy in the Wild to slow down and find inner peace. Forest Bathing is a simple yet magical wellness practice that takes you on a mindful journey through beautiful woodland to slow down, connect with your senses and be present with the beauty and wonder of Mother Nature.

The name Tansy comes from the tenacious wildflower that grows in the English countryside and much like her wildflower counterpart, Tansy Dowman lives and thrives in the countryside of Kent. She is a Certified Shinrin Yoku (Forest Bathing) & Natural Mindfulness Guide and ICF Personal Growth Life Coach, utilising Nature as a tool for inspirational growth and well-being.

Through mindful and attentive journeys with Nature, Tansy guides you along peaceful paths into Nature to discover a sense of calm, curiosity and aliveness. Her workshops are insightful, and light-hearted and offer an excellent opportunity to step away from the chaos of the human world.

What to Expect

What is Forest Bathing and what can you expect?

Forest Bathing is a mindfulness-based practice that involves walking slowly and attentively in a place of Nature, connecting with your senses to feel deeply immersed in the environment. Although the title includes the word bathing, it does not involve any kind of physical bathing and refers to the idea that you bathe in the atmosphere of Nature. During the session, I guide you on a slow journey and along the way you will be offered the chance to try out simple exercises that help you tune into Nature and be present to the beauty around you. You do not need to have any previous experience you only need an open mind and an enjoyment of being outside. All sessions include wild and herbals teas prepared by a campfire kettle and healthy snacks enjoyed in the woods as we reflect on the journey and your own experience.
