Hi, I’m Lottie; it’s so lovely to meet you!

I’m a former English teacher who swapped lesson plans for bookish wax melts and gifts, and I’ve never looked back. After almost a decade in the classroom, I realised I was craving more balance and creativity. In the summer of 2024, my boyfriend and I combined our shared love of literature to start my little bookish business dream.

Together, we design and handcraft bookish wax melts and shelf accessories inspired by the stories we adore, from timeless classics and Shakespearean drama to cosy romances and magical adventures. The heart of our brand is about helping readers elevate their reading experience through complementary fragrances and accessories— pairing your favourite books with scents that match their mood and atmosphere and helping you create the ultimate cosy book nook.

Our melts are truly one-of-a-kind. We design and create our own exclusive silicone moulds, many of which include book quotes and wonderful bookish phrases, so you can enjoy beautiful literary lines imprinted directly into the wax. They're not only a treat for your senses, but also for your shelves, and that is where our name came from- my love of styling my bookshelves!
