Delivery
OUR DISPATCH PERIOD (the time from receiving an order to physically handing it over to the post) is currently between 2-3 WORKING DAYS. This will be made very clear on checkout by the estimated dates given for delivery.
It’s very important to message us if an item is needed by a certain date so we can speed up dispatch to do our utmost to get it to you.
PLEASE message us if an item is required earlier than the stated dates...we don’t always get to read notes on orders until I come to process them so they can be missed. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN FOR ORDERS ARRIVING PAST THE REQUIRED DATE.
