Hello and Welcome to Mabe&A

Each piece of my collection starts as a mood, a colour, an experience or an inspirational image. I then take that inspiration and hand-sketch into jewellery ideas and designs. My pieces are made from a variety of precious metals and materials, which are then hand-made or hand-assembled in our UK studio or by my international team of jewellery artisans. You will never receive an item that has not been passed through my hands!

From a young age I have always wanted to work within the fashion industry. After attending The London College of Fashion, I spent 10 years pursuing a career in fashion buying with global brands, e-commerce businesses and boutique fashion houses. After being made redundant from my most recent role as a jewellery Fashion Buyer, I decided to take the leap and create my own jewellery brand, which is when Mabe&A was born.

The name Mabe originated from a type of pearl. My late father would bring back pearls, as gifts, from his travels which I now hold as treasured memories. These pearls are the key inspiration for the brand.

My vision was to create a brand inspired by my passion for travel, My love for the sea, just like the Mabe pearl. I wanted to create pieces that you can connect with when you wear them, along with the memories that they carry.
