We’re Love by Laser Limited, based in the UK. When you place an order with us, you’re agreeing to these Terms.

Our Products

All our items are lovingly handmade, so every piece is a little unique. We do our best to show colours and details as clearly as possible, but small differences may occur — and that's part of their charm!

Ordering and Payment

Your order is confirmed once we send you a dispatch email. If for any reason we’re unable to complete your order, we’ll let you know straight away and arrange a full refund.

Delivery

We carefully pack and dispatch your order within the times shown on our NOTHS page. Occasionally, delivery may take a little longer due to things outside our control — but we’ll always do our best to keep you updated.

Cancellations and Returns

Please note that because many of our products are made to order and personalised just for you, we’re unable to accept cancellations, returns, or refunds for these items unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
