Karo’s ceramics are full of character, all individually hand-painted and sketched on. Her work is inspired by natural wonders and fairy stories. materials and care

materials and care

At karoArt, we use only high quality porcelain and stoneware clays. All pieces are high-fired to the temperature of over 1230°C, ensuring strength and durability. We like to think of our work as ‘usable art’ and we encourage customers to put karoArt ceramics to daily use. All pieces (with exception of those made using black clay or being decorated with gold luster) are dishwasher and microwave safe. Black clay is also unsuitable for food use. Due to fully handmade process, please, allow some colour and shape discrepancies. Our products have the ‘perfectly imperfect’ quality of truly handmade work; it makes them special and unique.

Products are shipped from our Dublin studio. We use Express Delivery Service as standard and the estimated delivery time is 3-4 working days from the dispatch date.

All work is delivered in a gift box.

We take utmost care to pack our ceramics safely for their long journey.

Caring for environment we use recycled packaging where possible.
