Hello! I’m Nick, the founder of Hard Jelly.

After years of experimentation my fascination with honing the perfect alcoholic jelly recipe bore fruit, and after sampling my wobbly masterpieces my friends and family just couldn’t get enough.

It felt magical how my jellies were bringing them all together in laughter and celebration, and they eagerly encouraged me to share them with the world.

And that’s how my small business Hard Jelly was born.

Our jelly pots are tasty alcoholic treats perfect for surprising people with at a party, to create a shared experience that breaks the ice at social gatherings – or simply to enjoy on a night in front of the TV.

Hard Jelly hasn’t lost its roots – our jellies are produced in the UK by our own fair hands, in small-batches in a kitchen that holds a 5 star hygiene rating.
