Grumble&Grumble is a small, Lancashire-based business, based on a hobby and passion for creating stylish dog clothing.

After finding that mainstream pet shops had little to offer in the way of luxury or stylish designs, founder & fashion design graduate Sammi created a bespoke Harris Tweed harness for her pug, and so Grumble&Grumble was born, and has since grown into a successful business.

Fabrics are sourced from the best mills and fabric manufacturers in the country, like Harris Tweed, Liberty & British Millerain, supporting the British textile manufacturing industry whole-heartidly.

Everything is handmade to order, with personalisation available, and all products are tested by Chief Product Tester, Sheldon (the pug.)

At Grumble&Grumble, we are proud to handmake all of our products in our tiny studio in Lancashire, England.

As all of our items are handmade, we work to a rolling turnaround. General turnaround times are between 3-5 business days, but can take anything up to 2 weeks during busier periods. ? IMPORTANT - PRODUCT USE AND SAFETY ?

It is entirely our customers’ responsibility to ascertain product suitability for their pet. Please take care if you know that your dog is a strong puller/escape artist. Supervision is required at all times and please check regularly for wear and tear/chewing damage. Any use of a Grumble&Grumble harness is solely at the risk of the user. We have tested the items for wear and durability as best as possible, however due to the nature of the soft fabric and materials used, we strongly advise avoiding use of our products when walking near busy roads/traffic or hazardous/stressful situations. As these harnesses are used outside of our control, we can take no responsibility for any loss or injury that may occur.

LEATHER PRODUCTS

Leather is a natural material from wild animals and is therefore subject to change from hide to hide. Changes in the color or texture of the leather and signs of wear are normal. While we handle our product with the upmost care, small dents, dings, scratches, or blemishes may be found within the product and come from the experiences of the animal. Irregularities or small colour differences should not be considered a fault, but inherent of the natural qualities of the material.

REPAIRS/FAULTY GOODS

Please note we will repair any damage incurred due to faulty components or manufacturing faults up to 14 days after dispatch. Repairs after this must be paid for as we cannot determine the amount of use a product has been subjected to. Please get in contact for a repairs service is this is required.

RETURNS POLICY

Grumble&Grumble offer our products on a 'made to order' basis. Because of this we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund on any item that we have handmade, with the exception of faulty or incorrect goods. Please ensure you are completely happy with your choice of colour/design and size before ordering. We can not take accountability and will not refund due to customer error - if you have any questions at all with regards to ordering please don't hesitate to email us at [email protected] before placing an order, we are more than happy to help ensure you get the right product.

EXCHANGES

We are happy to exchange any un-used, standard size item/s for a different size. If items are custom/made to measure, we cannot exchange these items, but we will be able to offer an alteration service. Please contact us and we will assist.

ALTERATIONS

If you receive an item and it doesn't quite fit your pet as expected, please get in touch so that we may arrange an alteration. Get in touch and we will confirm details from there. To avoid alterations and disappointment, please ensure you have measured your pet correctly, or get in touch if you are unsure about anything before ordering.
