Grip & Flow creates stylish, non-slip grip socks designed to support movement, balance, and self-care—born from burnout, built to empower every step.

Hi, I’m Stephanie — founder of Grip & Flow. After 17 years in the NHS, most recently as a Senior Practitioner in Addictions and Mental Health, I hit burnout. I wasn’t showing up as the mum or clinician I wanted to be, so I took a career break to reset. I found joy in the small things: school runs, Pilates, Power Plate classes, forest walks, and reconnecting with myself. During my Pilates journey, I struggled with high arches and needed grip socks — but finding stylish, comfortable ones was impossible. That’s when Grip & Flow was born. Designed with love, our socks are luxe, non-slip, and made to move with you. This brand is rooted in care, balance, and starting again. I’m so excited to have you on this journey with me.

To start a return, please contact us within 28 days of delivery

Once approved, we will provide instructions for sending your item back. Please note: Customers are responsible for

covering the cost of return postage unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

We’re happy to exchange items if you need a different style or if there’s an issue with your order.

3. Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 28 days of delivery at with a photo of the item. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

5. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on socks that have been worn or tried on.
