Lovers of creating, baking and most of all sharing delicious treats with friends and family, we founded Flower & White in our home county of Shropshire where all of our sweet treats are still handmade today. Our passion is to bake gourmet style treats that taste so sensational, you’ll want to come back for more! Our tempting range includes Merangz - handmade Swiss baked meringues and Tweeners - the original mini layer cake.
Handmade using quality ingredients, including British Free Range eggs and natural flavours, our stunning award-winning Merangz are slow baked to a traditional Swiss recipe. They’re naturally gluten free, low fat/fat free and suitable for Vegetarians.
Not too big, not too small, just perfectly ‘in-between, our Tweeners are irresistible. Handmade using only the best quality ingredients including British Free Range eggs, our gorgeous sponges are lavishly filled with generous helpings of buttercream, curds and compotes.
