Dee's Basement is a confectionery studio founded by Dee Omole based in East London. They specialise in unique, nostalgic style cakes and postal desserts available across the UK. Dee has loved baking from a young age, developing a major sweet tooth as a little girl when she would practise baking with her mother and then honing that passion by creating sugary concoctions for friend’s and family member’s birthdays as she got older. After losing her job at the start of lockdown in 2020 Dee took her business full time and has been growing from strength to strength since.

Like many businesses Dee's Basement had to shift due to the lockdown from event catering to postal desserts which has since seen the launch of exciting products such as their popular and signature product hand painted chocolate covered madeleines.
