I am passionate about knitting!
I am Jo Storie the owner and founder of BareFaced knits. As a professional knitwear designer I often worked in yarns from other brands and was left disappointed by the results. In 2018 i decided to create my own 100% British hand knit yarn. It was important that it was fully traceable, 100% natural and soft, sustainable and biodegradable. I worked with a traditional spinning mill in Yorkshire to create 4 classic shades and 2 yarn weights. which I design into exclusively for my do it yourself knitting kits.
