Ankara - Oke was started in October 2019 by Catherine who had worked intermittently as an events organiser and in sales whilst her children were much younger, being intrigued by the richness and vibrancy of the African fabric as well as her love for cosy aesthetics. Catherine has set up Ankara - Oke which produces throw pillow cushion covers, table runners, and various other pieces which would add character to your living area. Having spent most of her adult life in the city of London, loving the cosmopolitan feel of the city, Catherine believes the infusion of culture should not be limited to food, but every aspect of our day to day lives.
