Thank you so much for coming to look at our store. The Natural Journey Company was founded by me, Sarah, in 2021 as a way of taking care of ourselves through slow made, natural wellbeing products that are completely free of synthetic and toxic ingredients.

What are we all about?

The products we make are about having high quality, 100% natural, vegan and organic ingredients. For us, physical health and emotional health, go hand in hand. We work from our home-based studio in the Sussex countryside, a stone's throw from the Ashdown Forest. We hand make our products in small batches with care and attention, with each feeling like a special, thoughtful gift to yourself or loved one.

Sustainable and eco-friendly practice is at the core of our work. We use suppliers that source and produce ingredients ethically and in the best way for the environment. We research and use packaging that has the least impact on the environment, for example through biodegradable box fillings and labels, and tape that can be recycled.

We aim to be mindful from the start to finish of our products, in the developing, selecting ingredients, hand-making them with care and attention, and finally, sending them out to you.
