Hi there,

I'm Rachael, the chef and founder behind Miam, a range of plant based, artisanal condiments handmade in London. Miam was born out of my love of pickling, preserving and fermenting seasonal produce to enjoy all year around. I used these products to form the basis of, or elevate the meals I cooked for friends and family. With the requests for recipes and a jar of their own to take home, the idea for Miam grew. In April 2023, I took the plunge and left the restaurant scene behind to launch Miam!

I'm on a mission to elevate how condiments are perceived from a humble, but delicious, meal addition to the essential kitchen powerhouse they are! In one jar you have a marinade, a flavour base, a sauce, a drizzle, a dressing...

I've spent hours instilling flavour so let Miam work for you! Grab your favourite Miam, add whatever bits of protein and vegetables you can find in the fridge and simmer, roast or stirfry then finish with your go to rice/noodle/pasta option and enjoy!
