On the evening of Monday, November 6th 2023, we had a fire at our office and packing site.

We appreciate all of your patience whilst we work tirelessly to bring our full range back onto our store.

Combining traditional skills with love & innovation to create specialist, different British hard, blue & soft cheeses made with milk from our own cows and goats

There is no escaping it, we are a family business, that’s what makes things exciting and these family values are the bedrock of our culture.

We are proud of our heritage, our location and our independent status. Our team and those involved come from all around the world and these ‘global’ ideas are what makes us interesting and forward thinking - we work collectively to hand make cheeses that are truly British (and very delicious).

Expect all our cheeses to have a modern take on the traditional counterparts.
