A delightful, creamy coloured creation to delight at a wedding, party or family gathering, the base is created by Saint Giles, our Organic version of a Port Salut, a very creamy, buttery cheese, the eating of which has been likened to ‘angels dancing on your tongue’, the top layer is created by Ashdown Foresters, a wonderfully shaped cheese with a creamy texture and a buttery taste with lemony overtones.

How your cheese arrives: Each whole cheese will arrive individually wrapped and in a protective box.
How to store your cheese: Once your cheese arrives place in the bottom of your fridge or a cool area below 8C. Cheese is best served at room temperpature so remove from fridge at least 2 hours before serving.
