These earrings are handmade to order so can take up to 3 weeks to be dispatched. I aim to dispatch all orders within 7 days, if not quicker. If you require them for a specific date, please contact me first to make sure I can deliver within your deadline. After the order confirmation is sent out, a dispatch estimate will be emailed.
All orders are sent out using Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service, which insures against loss and guarantees next day delivery before 1pm. This does not include Saturdays. Express Saturday delivery is available but at an extra cost.All delivery is ex-factory, ie, I cannot be held responsible once the articles have left the studio, for example, in the event of a postal strike, severe weather, post that is not guaranteed to arrive on Saturdays and post that is not delivered by it's guaranteed time. Royal Mail will refund any late deliveries as long as the correct postal address has been supplied.
