  I have ordered a lot of items from this company and have never been disapointed and i love the stacking rings as i have had my childrens details put onto them and i have had a lot of coments about them ( ALL GOOD) keep up the good work.

  The product arrived in the time scale given. before buying I check some details with the seller and they have made it perfectly. Its not been given to the person yet but i just know they will love it and i cant thank you all enough for your help to make a perfect leaving present.

  Very nice, but no where near as chunky as we anticipated, so quite expensive for this reason. Also a tad misleading, my son bought them for his girlfriend (he is only 16) and we both thought initially £23 for all 3, not each. Only realised once he tried to purchase. I'm glad he has good taste, bit I thought it was far to expensive for a quite thin silver ring (even though they are handcrafted) as you can buy "one offs" for a similar price. Girlfriend happy, but I am sure she would never realise he had spend a months paper round money to buy!!

  Many thanks for your feedback and delighted that your son has such good taste! I am sorry that you felt that the item description was misleading, the image does show three rings, however, the style of the ring means that you can choose to purchase as many or as few as you like and showing an image for every possible combination would be difficult. Along with the images, there is a full description with dimensions of the silver given to allow customers to make an informed decisions before purchasing. At 2mm each these are of course not chunky.   I love my rings and the letters look great, i ordered a size p but when it came it is slightly big, so please double check before you place your order,

  not happy with the size of the lettering on ring, the photo that you show on line is no where near the size you receive. i think the seller should re-take the photo so people can see the size of the lettering themselves and then decide whether they want to purchase one or not i know i would not have bothered.

  Absolute garbage, product worth no more than a few quid. No way would you buy this product if you saw it in the high street and certainly did not expect such a cheap school project type product when it cost so much. So disappointed I couldn't even be bothered to contact the seller but as they sent me link to give feedback I felt I also needed to share. I would rather put it behind me now but hope this advice is useful to others.

The ring you purchased is made from exactly the same silver as the one in the image with the same dimensions as given i the full description. The font type is also exactly the same and it is made from fine silver again as per the description.   Although it was obvious the ring was small we were surprised by how tiny and thin it was and didn't feel that had been clearly represented by the picture-disappointing.

There are several images of the stacking rings taken along with a clear description and dimensions of the silver to allow customers to make as informed a description as is possible. These dimensions are exactly as the ring you have purchased so I was disappointed that you felt the description was lacking still. Although the rings can be worn alone, they are designed to be worn as a stack, i.e. more than one, your order was for one ring alone (£23) and as such this will look thinner than the stack in the images.
