Made from
Birthstone pendant, silver plate chain, 'antique' style Tibetan silver plate letters, 'antique' style pewter charm.
All metal component parts of this silver plated personalised pendant are made from silver plate and pewter. Your personalised necklace may therefore require cleaning from time to time. Please use a soft, dry silver cloth to gently buff your necklace. It is always best to store your silver jewellery in a dry, dark place, preferably in a jewellery box to prevent it from tarnishing. We strongly recommend that all jewellery is removed before showering or swimming and that you take care when using perfume and cosmetics and please, never use silver dip.

Our goods are sent using Royal Mail which, although reliable, means specific delivery requests (where to leave parcels etc.) cannot always be met. If you have a specific deadline or timescale in mind, many of our non-personalised items have an express delivery option. Whatever you choose we will do our absolute best to ensure your order arrives in good time.

Returns
You have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, perishable products and personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken are non-refundable, unless faulty.
