PLEASE NOTE: Alpaca fibre has a completely different "handle" or feel to it. Do not be be put off by the fact they are not soft and fluffy when they arrive - the feel of them belies how they feel on your feet! These are sold for function over looks which we know is ordinary so please bear that in mind.
We now do Extra Small/Child UK 12½ - 4 in pale peach, red, raspberry, purple and mid blue. This size is suitable for petite adults and children.

Material: 90% alpaca - Made from the 1st shearing from a year old alpaca and 10% nylon to give them some shape.
Care: When you do they need to be either hand washed or preferably done on a wool cycle in the machine 30 degrees Centigrade.
These socks might look a bit ordinary but take it from us once you have slept in our bed socks you will never want to sleep in anything else - they do the job better than any other we have found and if well looked after should last a good two years.
The red dye has made the socks look a bit "flat" this year - not very springy bed socky looking (they look like normal day socks) but I have tested them and they are absolutely fine - dyes takes up on fibre differently and that changes constantly.
Not suitable for those with very very swollen ankels as the tops will not open up wide enough.
