The coasters were fantastic and very well received as a birthday present, so much so, that I want the Arsenal ones and have made very strong hints. One coaster did arrive with slight damage and when I contacted the seller, they responded extremely quickly and sent a replacement within a few days. The service was excellent and I would strongly recommend this product for any football supporter.
