  I must admitt I was thinking it would be twice the size that it was. Alittle bit like a Macdonalds burger picture, comes smaller & not as the picture shows (size wise)

  The gift was beautifully packaged and delighted my friend. I did think that the charms were a little thin though, for a key ring that will be used daily. I hope it stands the test of time. X

  Absolutely fantastic key ring and beutifully packaged - shame the labels were stuck on the box rather than the box being wrapped as all part of the presentation and thought as the item sold is suppossedly solid silver that it should have been hallmarked bit the item itself is great

  A lovely gift - my mother-in-law was thrilled to bits with it. Incredibly speedy response, it was dispatched literally within about an hour of me placing the order, and arrived the next day. Fantastic.

  This was a gorgeous piece of keyring jewellery. A present for someone who had recently lost a loved one. The heart, with the initial charm of their loved one's name made this piece of beautiful silverwork all the more poignant.

  The wrapping, card and gift were all outstanding. I was amazed at the speedy delivery of my item and I love that there is confirmation of each step of the process sent, so never second guessing at which point in the process you are. The gift made my Mum cry, that is testament enough that she loved it! and when I saw it, I though it was dviine too. Thank you

  Having received the key ring and charms I must say for the cost I feel it is not to a very high standard and probably will not order anything again
