  I have now sent a message telegram for the last two years to my wonderful niece. I just hope that next year there continues to be a choice of message so that I can send a new one.

  I ordered three of these in total, the first arrived in plenty of time and was I believe very beautiful. This did not surprise me as I have ordered many different telegarms from this company over the years and have always been delighted with the quality. The second two that were ordered for the second week in December were problematic - one never arrived and the other was too late because the recipient had gone back to France for the holiday. As she is still in France, I actually don't know if it has arrived or not. The company however offered to reimburse me without any hesitation. For this reason, I will continue to order from them. In terms of the Christmas telegrams I will order them all in November next year so that if there are problems they can be addressed before it is too late.

  It would be nice to be able to personalise the message. However.my 5 year olds faith in Father Christmas was restored when she received the telegram!

  Excellent customer service This is my third year and I order early to ensure that the telegram is always delivered to my Grandchildren Christmas Eve morning! I can without hesitation recommend this seller and their excellent telegrams.

  We didn't receive our first telegram and the seller was v good she sent another one out the same day and didn't charge me again though we got it the day after. A few days later the original one arrived we advised the seller if this she was great throughout the whole transaction . We were v impressed with her customer care skills, would buy from her again with confidence.

  product great, but I was disappointed with how late the product arrived considering when I ordered it! as it was posted on the 19th, and due to the weather didn't arrive until after christmas. A shame! Obviously popular!

  An unusual, traditional, one-off gift for the children in these days of e-mail. The children were intrigued by the message, it was beautifully presented and definitely a keepsake.

  The Telegram was good, although it was stated that it would arrive the first week of December although it did not arrive until the day before Christmas which was better than not arriving at all!!! (which has happened before using another firm!!!) There was a some confusion as I the grandparent ordered the telegram but I naturally wanted sent to my grandson's home but one of your girls from 'notonthehighstreet.com' was very helpful so one very happy grandson. Thank you

  Goods were excellent quality and delivered on time. Ordered Santa Telegram in October was told that delivery would be after 13 Dec and was surprised that it was spot on. The quality of the telegram was superb.

  The website on which you placed the order did not offer enough information with regard to how the product would be addressed and sent. It would have been great if the product could have been sent directly to the recipient. Also too few characters for the childs name. The delay which was blamed on the snow! this excuse was a bit lame as the initial request was that it was delivered in December or straighaway. As i ordered in November that was too early so i asked for a December delivery, expecting it to be near the beginning, as it was i was told a delivery date of 13 or 14th December to have them arrive on 23rd December. The finished product however was lovely and much appreciated by the children young and old. Although message asks them to be in bed by midnight but delivery date on telegram says 25th December. They were old enough to notice

  I was a little concerned when confirmation was sent that the telegram had been sent and that my name had been included in the address. I raised this as an issue and received a very prompt response indicating that my fears were misplaced. I haven't actually seen the telegram, but I know my niece was over the moon with it and no-one knows that I had anything to do with it!

  Great product but it took 10 days to arrive from when I was notified they had been dispatched. Only 1 eventually arrived before christmas. I appreciate the post isn't within your control but it still meant I didn't get part of the product. Quality of the one I did receive was great

  This was brilliant - except that it stated delivered 25 December when the content was meant to be read before then. I also didn't like that it came in an envelope addressed to me, in the same handwriting as the telegram

  I havent seen the actual telegrams, but I know 2 little girls and their parents are absolutely thrilled!Again the telephone staff were so helpful when I ordered. The telegrams arrived at a perfect time and arrived in perfect order and apparently will be kept forever and displayed every year! Many thanks.x

  grateful that they put 2 names on front - wouldnt have bought 2 seperately at £10 each - maybe they could "advertise" as being able to put more than one name on??? or I guess have 2 slightly different wording/versions in case people want to send them to more than one child
