We would say that the 19.5cm is suitable for slim men and teenagers and the 21cm is for slightly bigger men. Please note this is a guideline and we engrave our pieces to create bespoke items especially for you. We are always happy to try and help if something is unsuitable but we regret we are unable to offer refunds on personalised items.
