Felt is fantastically simple to care for. Wiping with a wet cloth will remove most stains. If the item needs to be thoroughly cleaned, hand wash it in luke warm water with a plain soap (no perfumes or dyes), then wring it out and leave it to dry. When felt is worn often, it tends to grow small piles of loose wool fibres. This happens with all wool products. Just pull them off the item, or on smaller thinner items just cut them off. Felt actually becomes stronger with wear. Steam or Iron the felt to remove wrinkles, you could also do this if it is looking a bit sorry for itself.

Love love love this gorgeous little bag as does the recipient! I bought it for my nieces little girl who is 4. They were on holiday from Canada so I wanted to buy a gift that would travel easily - this really fitted the bill. The colours were so vivid and lovely (I bought the pink) and the size was perfect. I liked the fact that it also has a zipper so she can carry her treasures in it without fear of losing them. Just gorgeous.

Excellent service and speedy delivery. I was very pleased upon arrival of my item to see that it was just as it looked in the picture - such a vibrant stunning colour and lovely flower detail. I was also surprised at the thickness and quality of the felt, having previously bought from other shops I have sometimes felt (no pun intended) let down by their quality of felt and it was nice to be pleasantly surprised! All in all, an absolutely gorgeous product and your shop is one I will definitely remember and be returning to when in need of presents for others (or for myself) ;) Antonia xx
