  I thought they would be slightly bigger each of the bath time balls, a bit disappointed. It looked a lot better in the picture.

  Much smaller than it looked and therefore did not think it was good value for money. Have since seen something very similar, which was bigger with more bombs and better value in the nearest town. Should have checked first!

  I am so sorry that you received your gift with a misspelt name. I personally do all the personalised tags so I was horrified when I learnt of this. I immediately checked your order to see what I could have done wrong. In looking at it again, I think I have mistaken the two 'll's' at the end of the name as exclamation marks (which unfortunately we cannot add). I'm so very sorry for this mistake. I do hope this doesn't deter you from shopping with us again. We dispatch hundreds of personalised orders and this is our first mistake, not that it is a consolation to yourself of course but I hope you understand we are very sorry.   Really small - I was expecting much larger products. I was also charged delivery TWICE on the same invoice. Disappointing.

  On the website this 'pamper me' gift box looked much bigger. When it arrived it was about 8cm by 8cm. This alone was not a substancial gift. I chose the orchard fragrance which did smell very nice, however was nothing like the picture shown. I would not buy this product again.
