  Really put the effort in to get a replacement to me in time when the original got lost in the post. Card was perfect - thought had clearly been put in around showing the chosen location within the shape.

  Lovely personalised card for my friend's 60th birthday with her house in Suffolk slap bang in the middle of the 6 - perfectly placed. Very reasonably priced for something so special - she just loved it and so did I. It was also done in time for her birthday even though I'd left it a bit late to order. Excellent service. Thanks a lot.

  The service was brilliant. I had ordered the birthday card but then we booked a trip away for the 40th birthday so the card would have arrived while we were away. I emailed the sellar via email to ask if we could have it sooner which they were able to do, so I was able to take the card away with us. Card was beatiful too.

  Looked good in the brochure but not in reality. Looks like I made it myself (and not in a good way). Thing is, I could have made it myself and it would have been: (1) cheaper and (2) looked more professional. Very, very disappointed. Spent £12 for a card I binned.

  I ordered the card 10 days before I required it, but I had to chase for delivery as the supplier was busy. However I did receive the card in time and I was very pleased with it!

  I ordered a number 60 card, lovely but the 6 looked like an upside down number 9 and didnt really match the 0

  The card is absolutely beautifully made, and my boyfriend was really impressed with it! Another time I would order it a little earlier (my organisational skills are lacking, and I didn't notice how long it said the order would take!), but the card was like a present in itself. All the important people I know will be getting these cards in the future! Thank you very much!

  Great products and unique but a word of warning order well well in advance - twice I have ordered products and given over 4 weeks time before I needed them and still they have arrived after the events. The same happened with this order, but fortunately it due to the bad weather my friend could blame it on that. Order at least 2 months before an event to get it in time.

  Ordered on the 18th of November did not receive until the 15 th of December. 28 days in total, contact with seller not constructive I was told it was because it was 'bespoke' and because of the 'weather conditions' all the other items ordered at the same time arrived within 4 days they too were 'bespoke' and subject to same weather conditions ??

  The card is lovely but I was really diappointed with the service I received. I specifically asked the seller if they could ensure it was delivered before the 2 September as this was my husband's 30th birthday (I ordered it about 2 weeks before so not last minute). They said they would but it arrived on the 3rd September. They didn't send me a response to even apologise and I wish they'd just said at the beginning they couldn't fulfil the order.

  I chose a map of the Left Bank for my card. The Left Bank map used was all one colour and not as I had expected as shown on the illustration. However it is still an unusual and meaningful card to the recipient.
