22 May 2012I was really disappointed with this wash bag. It looked really nice in the photograph but when I received it, it just looked 'tacky'. The velvet used for the ribbon was very cheap-looking and the bag itself appeared as if it had been used - finger prints all over the plastic inside. I understand that this is a very personal reaction to the product but the thing I found most disappointing was the fact that it arrived in a plastic post bag without so much as a single sheet of tissue paper around it. It seemed as though the washbag had just been 'chucked' into the post bag without a jot of care or attention. As a purchaser of an item (for a washbag, relatively expensive) you want to feel as though what you have purchased is special both to the seller and to you the customer. This certainly was not the case with this item so I returned it. Up to now I have always been delighted with my purchases from notonthehighstreet and I think this is the first thing I have ever returned.

My wife loves it, traveling a lot with work she gets all she need in it. The ones that you can buy in highstreet stores, either don't hang up or have the right combination of pockets. They also look very boring.
