  Gave this to my goddaughter (in Germany) for her 18th birthday and she loved it. Brilliant service, prompt delivery, very sweet packaging and absolutely beautiful necklace. Thank you - it's the best present I've given her in all the 18 years!

  Product was beautiful and probably better than I expected it to be given the relatively small cost. My only improvement would be to the site; although it offers a great range of products and good value for money, it runs VERY slowly and can be a nightmare to navigate.

  The necklace arrived with the incorrect chain on it. As soon as I advised the seller (Rachel) she couldn't have acted quicker. New necklace arrived within days and is lovely. Many thanks

  The necklace was lovely but i felt that the pictures with the necklace made it look a lot larger than it was, i was let down when i opened it because it was tiny!!
