A smoky sweet blend of lemony herbs and native spices, the Nomad’s BBQ rub is phenomenal rubbed into chicken thighs before BBQing, but works just as well sprinkled on halloumi skewers or dusted across sweet potato wedges.
We use Arsesmart, otherwise known as Water Pepper, which is a great wild alternative to chilli. Adding a kick the wild way!
