Rosie Florence, our founder is committed to using only the highest quality materials and personalises each piece of jewellery in her West London workshop.

We aim to get all orders out the next working day though with some longer personalisations we need to make them in multiple sittings, therefore will stretch to 2 days.

Bespoke items can include capital letters A to Z or numbers 1 to 9. We cannot produce any other punctuation or font.

Personalised Items

Regrettably, Personalised items whether embossed or engraved are non-returnable and non-refundable.

Earrings cannot be returned or exahanged for hygiene reasons.

Variations in items

Each item is lovingly hand made by our jewellers, and not machines. Each piece is quality checked once finished and before dispatch. Due to the hand crafted nature, no two pieces are exactly the same. Each will have unique differences or quirks.

Great care is taken to ensure that our marketing shows a true representation of the products, however, please bear in mind that spacing and alignment of letters can vary from item to item. Although our jewellers are as precise as can be, we cannot guarantee exact spacing and letter alignment. Please also note that colours may appear differently on different screen resolution and machine models, to the product in the flesh.
