Really lovely mug. Good quality and it's great that you can adapt it to your own message - birthdays etc. I've ordered this a couple of times and both times they arrived within 5 days. Would definitely recommend this product.

Perfect that you have the ability to personalise with so many words - slightly blurry text in places but still v pleased

The writing on the first mug sent wasn't straight - pretty poor to be honest. Called 'Not On the High Street', who asked seller to call me.They did so v promptly. Replacement item was then sent out,so all turned out okay in the end. Could have done with it being in good condition first time round though - being Christmas & v busy etc.......

Excellent customer service & communication. I ordered this mug for Fathers Day but missed the deadline date. The supplier pulled out the stops & delivered it ahead of estimated delivery date!

Cheaply made, huge disappointment. Very misleading photographs on website. I was under the impression the mug was hand painted but it wasn't it was printed badly and looked tacky. The cup itself was quite small and made out of the thinnest cheap china... not happy at all and has put me off buying presents for people on notinthehighstreet which is a huge shame!
