Thank you for your feedback and we’re sorry to hear that you’re not totally happy with your purchase. As stated in the product description, our pillow boxes are supplied flat and unglued. This is so that they are not only safer to transport, but so that you can decorate the boxes how you wish - it is near impossible to stamp a made up pillow box! They are extremely easy to make up, you just need one strip of double sided tape and you're done. I am pleased to hear that you are happy with the quality of the items.

After receiving these flat I checked the web site and it does say that they are supplied and unglued I should have read carefully! - this does however mean that they are not ready for you to fill and decorate as they need to be made up first. I am however fully happy with the quality and they other item I purchased.
