This beautiful handmade retro eye test can be fully personalised to make a truly unique and special wedding gift.
Modelled on the classic Snellen eye chart, developed by Dutch ophthalmologist Herman Snellen in 1862, our eye test chart is a classic of typographic design.
Just tell us the names of the happy couple, along with the location and date of the wedding, then choose a motif for the top (see photo 3), and we will create a stunning bespoke chart, that will surely become a treasured momento of their special day.
What's that you say? An eye test chart? That's not very romantic! Ah, but did you notice the last two lines on the chart: 'Love is not blind. Love sees what is most true', well, if that's not romantic enough, please add your own quote, and we'll put it on there. There are also other option to choose from listed in the drop down menu above.
Prior to printing, we will send you an online proof of the image for approval and if you'd like to make any changes, that's no problem.

Each chart is printed on 100% heavyweight cotton canvas using solid black pigment ink and individually hand finished with solid ash hanger rails, brass fixtures and pure linen twine.
