  Loved the little note inside the package and the Christmas gift has already been worn, everyone loved them. But the t-shirts were sent twice but no problems at all to send 1 set back. Also loved them to have come in all the colours description was abit misleading when ordering for the larger child sizes so had to ring up to clarify

  Was disappointed with the quality of the t-shirt, material had a 'cheap' feel to it. Have bought slogan items before but haven't had t-shirts as cheap as this one felt.

  The product is as described, but the quality of the t-shirts is poor. Considering the price of them I was quite dissappointed. I could have bought better quality and had then printed myself for alot less money.

  Hello, Suzi here. Gosh, I've had over 500 reviews for these t shirts on this site alone, and no one has ever written that they find the t shirts cheap-looking before. The reason I'm in business is to offer people well-made pieces of practical lunacy to spread a bit of thoughtful silliness, so I really hate disappointing people. Please accept my apologies and a full refund for letting you down. Personally I'm proud as punch of the quality and of the organic printing of these shirts. I know that they withstand years and years of washing and 'living' and the twin-set won 'Hero Product of the Year' this year, voted for by the people who've loved them. Sorry you think them expensive, but here's the thing. In 8 years the price has only gone up once by £2. It may be possible to buy cheaper t shirts in discount stores or large supermarkets. And like most small businesses I can't compete with them. Nor would I want to. My t shirts are this price because I pay the people who make them for me very well, I pay the printers very well and I pay the people who ship them for me very well. All in the UK too. The price of cotton has soured through the roof in the last few years, and I have absorbed that increase. If you want to keep the t shirts you are welcome to, but if they annoy you, them I will send over a SAE to rerun them to me at no charge. Very best wishes, Suzi

  Unfortunately when I received the tshirts the half pint one had biro pen on it on 3 separate locations. Also when I washed it following the instructions the print on this tshirt faded and is now not as dark as it was originally. Also the pint t shirt was much larger than I expected. Overall I was very very disappointed with quality of products. Had my baby not been due I would have complained at the time. Disappointing. Disappointing.

  Hello Kate I am very sorry indeed to hear that the twinset did not arrive in perfect condition. I have changed warehouses as a result of this mistake because I am very embarrassed that anything was sent out marked and I agree that there is no excuse for it. I am very surprised to hear about the fading however, as in 9 years of selling many thousands of these sets, I have not heard of any fading after washing. Regardless of what temperature you washed the t shirt at I would have swapped it over for a new one without hesitation as I operate a very unquibble return policy. May I suggest that as that size was too large for you anyway, that I exchange it for a smaller size. If you would be kind enough to return the set I can investigate why the fading occured and send you a new one. I sincerely apologise that you ended up with a damaged and underwhelming gift.   The sizes of the T-shirts are not great or representative of the ages or S,M,L. I ordered a Med adult T-shirt and the 2-3yr and 0-6mth sizes. All sizes were huge! Twisted Twee were very prompt in sending me an exchange of Med to Small - very good service, however the Small is actually a bit too small - so a big size difference between small and medium.

  The company notified the shipment of goods referring to a next day delivery. Goods arrived more than ten days later despite having paid nearly 16 £ for international shipment. This was well after the occasion the goods were meant for. Embarassing if not disappointing.

  Very cute, but the adult shirt had some flaws in the printing (little hair prints/smudges) - not really the quality I was expecting.
