  Sadly these are not great quality. I double checked the details with the manufacturer and there was still a spelling mistake on one of the cases. A replacement was sent quickly but for the price, these are just not very good.

  I'm very sorry you thought the quality of the cases was poor. I have a no quibble policy about refunding customers, even on bespoke items as I don't like the idea that anyone feels they have to hold onto a product they don't really like of mine. The pillowcases are 100% Egyptian cotton and I buy then from a very respected manufacturer. I'm sorry if you thought the price a bit steep, but as you probably know the price of cotton has gone through the roof in the last few years. The extra money taken is for the time it takes to make two lots of artwork, and hand print the names on to the cases. I also apologise that I made a spelling error but hope that the speed with which I rectified the mistake at my own expense reassured you that I do all I can to provide a good and swift service at a very busy time of year.   The pillowcases arrived promptly but the personalised message on one of them wasn't straight. They very quickly sent a replacement and apologised. Had they checked them before they were sent, however, it would have saved some time and effort on my behalf and that of the company.

  We now make sure every pillowcase is checked by two people before it leaves the studio and offer a no quibble 24hour replacement if there are any glitches. We hope that our fast response and next day replacement helped make amends for the original mistake. All the best Suzi

  Purchased this for a 2nd wedding anniversary present and not only did I love how the came in their own wee bag, but the people I bought them for were delighted with them as well! The pillowcases are on the large side so might take 2 pillows to fill them, but other than that they were fab, would recommend this website, and the company I got the pillowcases from to anyone who was looking for a gift that is a bit different and special :)

  Firstly the surname was spelt wrong on one of the pillows but right on the other. I called the lady (Suzi) who was really friendly and helpful and sent a new pillow to match the original one. The new one came which was spelt right, however, the surname was red and on the original correct one it was brown. I called Suzi again who said she thought that might have been the case - which makes me wonder why she didn't send a new pair instead of just one. She then agreed to send a new pair but the surnames in my opinion were spelt wrong again. Suzi explained that it was due to the font used but I didn't agree as it hadn't looked like that on the previous 3 cases. I returned the cases last week and am currently waiting for my refund. Although Suzi was helpful I felt she was a bit careless when printing the cases, considering it costs an extra £10 to have surnames put on she could have at least double checked them before they went out in the first place. In the end my friends ended up with Next vouchers on their Wedding day which was a bit dissapointing after I had hoped to get them something different and creative but I didn't have any time left to order anything!

  Yes I apologise for the catalogue of disasters you experienced. Each of the mistakes made have been corrected so they can't happen again. The colour is now consistent and in any case if a spelling error is made, we send the full set out again to be doubly sure the set is not mis-matching. The pillowcases sent to you was spelt correctly, but the font took the double 'rr' in the name and changed the shape of the second one to a different cut. From now on, when two identical letters are next to each other we will use a different but similar typeface so this does not happen again either. I do sincerely apologise that we made the original spelling error and that the colour was inconsistent. I would be extremely happy to send you a complimentary set, either with the original name you required or with another one of your choice. Please believe that usually we are careful not to make one mistake, let alone two, so I would like to make amends if I can. All the best and sorry to let you down, Suzi x

  We found the images misleading, as we ordered them in blue but when they arrived one pillowcase was blue and the other aqua. We thought that was a mistake, as on the website there is a photograph showing clearly two blue pillowcases. We contacted the supplier who kindly sent us another set, only to find out that it was exactly the same. We had to send back the pillowcases as having them in two different colours would not serve the purpose we wanted them for and, although the supplier said they they hadn't received the pillowcases, they have kindly offered us a refund. If it was clear on the website that the blue set is actually one pillowcase blue and one aqua you would have saved us a lot of going back and forth!

There is an aqua and a dark blue in both pillowcases, but in different proportions, which gives the effect of them being slightly different to one another. The print is a seven colour silkscreen, so the texture and depth of colour in the prints are very rich. The names of the colours have now been amended on the website to make this clearer.   The description said 'Egyptian cotton' (although no thread count was stated) and so I was expecting very smooth and soft-feel cotton - but the fabric was quite harsh and it took alot of ironing to get them smooth
