This product is lovely but it was meant to be a christening gift and it arrived too late which meant I had to rush-buy a last minute replacement gift. Its a shame as I expected some kind of compensation for this but I never heard anything back from the seller which was disappointing. There was no reason for the cushion to arrive so late as I ordered it weeks in advance.
