    Usage - Our recommended usage for adults is 1-2 teaspoons daily and for children (over the age of 12 months) 1/2 - 1 teaspoon daily. This is just a guide. Start with small quantities and build up if desired. Increase the amount you consume as you monitor your body's response to it. Add to you favorite foods.
