Some small 'scratches' on the back of the truck which I fixed before handing over this gift. Some 'blemishes' on the plastic roof of the lorry cab. None of which I'm unhappy about - but I perhaps expected a slightly higher standard for £56. There may also be an opportunity to add value by providing a blank number plate and sticky numbers / letters, which I have done myself. Another couple of holes on the side of the wooden box would allow the 'forward' position of the handle to be adjusted as the child get older. I hope you see this as positve feedback - I would certainly buy from your company again and happily recommend it to friends.
